Hockey Fights Cancer Night
On December 12, the 25th year of Hockey Fights Cancer presented by Siteman Cancer Center at Barnes-Jewish Hospital gave patients from Siteman Kids at St. Louis Children's Hospitals once-in-a-lifetime experiences such as singing the national anthem and announcing the starting lineup. During the game, there were three bellringing celebrations for members of the community who had become cancer free.
In addition, the Blues launched a year-long fundraising campaign with the V Foundation for Cancer Research to fund a cancer research grant for Siteman Cancer Center at Barnes-Jewish Hospital and Washington University School of Medicine.

Supporting Local Veterans
First Bank continued their support of the Greater St. Louis Honor Flight (GSLHF) with a special in-game feature to recognize veterans and GSLHF's mission.
Additionally, every time the Blues score first this season, First Bank will donate $113 to GSLHF to help ensure that World War II, Korean War and Vietnam War veterans get to visit the memorials in Washington, D.C. built to commemorate their service.
